Good value, some bumps

The Property Valuation was done quickly by a local agent. The Professional Photography they arranged was excellent, really showed off the house well. My listing went live on Rightmove and Zoopla within 3 days, which was efficient. Communication with the Dedicated Sales Negotiator was generally good, though sometimes replies took a day or two. The main advantage was the fixed cost; I certainly paid less than I would have with a high street agent. Sales Progression was okay, but I did have to chase a couple of times.
